About Me

I came to physical therapy the long way around — and I think that’s made me a better practitioner.

I’ve been an athlete my whole life. Soccer, marathons, skiing, golf, running — movement has always been central to who I am. That experience shapes everything about how I work with clients. I know what it feels like to push your body hard, and I know the frustration and fear that comes when it lets you down. When you’re dealing with an injury or a limitation, I’m not just someone who studied it in a textbook — I’ve been there.

My path to physical therapy took me through some unexpected places — restaurants and hospitality, music and audio engineering, fitness and personal training. What connects all of it is people. Reading a room, paying close attention, responding to what’s actually in front of you rather than what’s supposed to be there — those skills shape everything about how I practice.

Today I offer physical therapy, personal training, and sports massage as an integrated practice based in Brooklyn, New York. I work with athletes and active people, those recovering from injury, and older adults who want to stay strong and mobile for the long haul.

I believe real results come from treating the whole person — not just the diagnosis, the muscle group, or the number on a chart. Every session is tailored to where you are right now, and where you want to go.

I’m currently accepting new clients.
