One-on-one physical therapy, and personal training.
Integrated and personalized, delivered with genuine attention to you as a whole person.
About Me:
I came to physical therapy the long way around — and I think that's made me a better practitioner.
I've been an athlete my whole life. Soccer, marathons, skiing, golf, running — movement has always been central to who I am. Before PT, I worked in restaurants, music and audio engineering, and fitness. What connected all of it was people: reading a room, paying close attention, responding to what's actually in front of you. Those instincts shape everything about how I practice.
I know what it feels like to push your body hard, and I know the frustration that comes when it lets you down. When you're dealing with an injury or a limitation, I'm not just someone who studied it in a textbook — I've been there.
I hold advanced certifications in golf injury assessment (TPI Medical Level 3) and functional movement (CAFS, Gray Institute), and I've worked in some of New York City's most demanding clinical environments. I work with golfers, runners, and soccer players, people recovering from injury, and older adults who want to stay strong and mobile for the long haul.
Outside the clinic I'm a partner, a father, and a lifelong music lover. I bring that same curiosity, passion, and attention to every patient I work with.
Real results come from treating the whole person — not just the diagnosis or the muscle group. Every session is built around where you are right now, and where you want to go.
I'm currently accepting new clients.

Physical Therapy
You don’t have to live with pain or limitation. Using hands-on manual therapy, movement assessment, and individualized treatment plans, I help clients recover from injury or surgery, manage chronic pain, and restore function — so you can get back to doing what you love.
• Golfers, runners, and soccer players
• Weekend warriors and active people
• Post-surgical patients
• Older adults seeking to maintain strength and mobility
Every service I offer is grounded in the same philosophy — lasting results come from understanding the whole person, not just the problem. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a goal, or simply want to move and feel better, I’ll meet you where you are.
Services:
Golf Swing Analysis
Your swing doesn’t happen in isolation — it’s a full-body movement pattern, and when something hurts or isn’t working, the cause is often somewhere other than where you feel it. Using my TPI Medical Level 3 training, I take advantage of slow motion video, a physical movement screen, and appropriate strength and range of motion testing, to assess how your body moves through the swing, identify physical limitations that may be affecting your game or contributing to injury, and develop a plan to address them. Whether you’re dealing with pain, losing distance, or simply want to move better on the course, this is where physical therapy and golf performance meet.
Ideal for: golfers at any level dealing with injury, pain, or performance limitations.
Running Gait Analysis
Running injuries are rarely just about where it hurts. A knee problem often starts at the hip or the foot — and fixing it means looking at the whole picture. I assess your running mechanics, strength, and range motion, to identify movement patterns that may be contributing to pain, inefficiency, or recurring injury, then build a plan that addresses the root cause rather than just the symptom.
Ideal for: runners dealing with injury, those returning to running after time off, and anyone wanting to run more efficiently and sustainably.
Personal Training
Real fitness isn’t just about looking better — it’s about building a body that performs and lasts. Drawing on decades of experience as both an athlete and trainer, I design programs that are smart, sustainable, and tailored specifically to you.
• Active people at every level
• Athletes in training
• Older adults focused on strength, balance, and longevity
Sports Massage
Targeted soft tissue work that goes beyond relaxation. Sports massage accelerates recovery, reduces injury risk, and keeps your body performing at its best — whether you’re training hard or simply carrying the wear of an active life.
Location
I offer sessions in several ways. Most of my sessions are done at your home, or home gym. But I can do sessions at a partnered gym facility in my neighborhood, Kensington, or virtually for maximum convenience. For many clients, having a practitioner come to them makes care easier to fit into a busy life, and it allows me to see how you actually move in your own space.
Whether you prefer the structure of a dedicated training environment or the convenience of working at home, we can find an arrangement that works for you.
Rates
My sessions are private pay. I do not work with insurance. This keeps our work together focused entirely on you, without the constraints that insurance-based care often brings.
In person sessions, whether its PT, personal training, running or golf analysis are $150, and typically last 50-60 min.
Virtual sessions are $75 and typically last 45 min.
I offer free phone consultations, typically about 20-30 mins, so we can talk about your fitness or injury concerns and see if there’s a plan that makes sense to address them together.
For physical therapy services, I provide a superbill — an itemized receipt with the diagnosis and billing codes your insurance company requires. Many clients with out-of-network benefits are able to submit their superbill directly to their insurance provider for partial reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance plan to understand your out-of-network coverage before we begin.
I believe good care should be accessible, and I’m happy to discuss options that work for your situation. Reach out and we can find an approach that makes sense.
